delfi is a free and open-source platform for performing Delphi surveys. Currently, it is not possible to create new surveys on the delfi.study platform (which is based on an instance of delfi); however, we plan to offer this in the future. In the meantime, researchers and others interested in conducting Delphi surveys in an easy and engaging way may do so by hosting their own delfi instances.
